Relax and Enjoy your big day! This is our most basic planning service. You have everything planned and now you simply want to enjoy your time as the bride. Leave all the stress behind as the expert planners at WIBL manage, coordinate, and execute your event. Services begin approximately 2 to 4 weeks prior to the event with a comprehensive timeline & event schedule meeting.
We will personally contact all vendors to confirm delivery information. We will attend any rehearsal events, up to 2 hours. On the day of the event, we will oversee all deliveries/view final set up of venue space, handle any final payments, set up of basic personal items (escort cards, guest book, unity candle), manage ceremony processional (lining up & cueing), manage reception from start to finish, oversee tear down, pack up of all gifts and personal items (a total of 12 hours).

You are almost there! But choosing and managing the the final details can become choatic. This experience gives you just the assistance that you need right when you need it the most. Begins 6 to 8 weeks prior to event.
RSVP management, sourcing of hard to find items, final details (such as selecting photographer shot list, song selection, seating chart), unlimited calls and emails, 2 in-person meetings, All Day of Event Coordinating Services plus unlimited Day of Event hours.
This experience is perfect for the bride that just wants a bit of guidance and advice along the way. You remain the driving force in the planning. We are your support system, sounding board, and organizational assistant. Begins 6 -8 Months Prior to event
Limited vendor referrals ( up to 5 categories), personalized budget and to-do lists, design consultations to help you create a look that is stylish and cohesive, etiquette advice, 3 in-person meetings, assistance with invitation addressing, assistance with favors. Month of+ services and Day of Event Coordination services included.
