All of our proposal start with our New Client Form. Simply fill this out with as much information as you have available. If you aren't quite sure about some details, that's okay! We are here to help you every step of the way with as much assistance as you would like, from helping craft an entire floral design to choosing flower selections!
One of the most important aspects of creating a floral design that our clients love, is to make sure that we are all on the same page, design-wise. Inspiration photos or pinterest boards are a great way for clients to share their likes and floral design goals with us. Please send any photos or a link to your wedding board to us when you submit your New Client Form.
Once we have confirmed availability for your event, and we have a general feel for your floral design, we love to meet with our clients to talk through the potential flower choices and to better understand what our clients feel to be most important to them in the the floral designs for their big day. We are happy to chat in person, over the phone, or even skype. Whatever method is most convenient for our brides!
Once we have a feel for what our clients are looking for in their design, we will create an initial proposal with the specific pieces and investments for those designs. If by chance we miss the mark on creating your perfect design, please let us know! We are happy to make any changes that you would like. Our goal is to understand your expectations of your floral designs and how to best meet those!
Because it is important to us that we give our utmost focus to each of our events, we limit our services to 1 wedding per weekend. This does seriously limit our availability. We recommend that you secure your date as soon as possible. In order to do this, we require a signed contract and a 50% nonrefundable retainer fee. Both of these can be completed through online links included in your proposal. Once this is in, the date is yours!
As your big day approaches, we like to make contact one last time to finalize all details and counts. This meeting can be in- person or by phone approximately 30-40 days prior to the event. You may alter your floral design or add additional products up to this point. After all finishing details have been confirmed, the final payment is due 30 days before your event.
